Hi there,
I would try switching the wires. LED lights have a peculiarity that they do not light up if the polarity is wrong. It wont be damaged by reversing the polarity but it will only work one way. If you are still having issues, try the light straight off the battery and that will tell you if it is the wiring or switches. if you can not get it to light up at all, give us a call at 888-888-7990 and CS will be happy to get a warranty started on it for you.
