This one does not have a DB rating from the manufacturer unfortunately but it is ear splitting loud and can be heard from 2 miles away. That cost would be the horn alone for trucks already set up for an air horn. There is an option in this listing for the complete kit in the drop menu and that cost is $424.99. Thanks!
