Hi there,
This item does not fit in to a muffler, it makes a straight pipe or stack into a muffler. It gets pushed in to a 5,6,7 or 8 inch diameter straight pipe end and makes a straight pipe quieter for a nice no muffler look but with a muffler inside. Thanks!
