What is the diameter of these caps?

I need to know the diameter of the caps (or the diameter of the inner lip things)

Hi there,
The locator tabs on this hubcap is 8 and 23/32 inches diameter. It will fit in to a 8 and 23/32 inch hub bore. Thanks!
