Looking at SKU85385 it says can’t change bulbs exactly what does that mean if one burns out you can’t change that bulb

Hi there,
These are like the old school 4 x 6s where the entire 4 x 6 is replaced of one goes out. They do not have removable bulbs. Thanks!
