Lights won’t work Mack Granite Pinnacle CV GU7 GU8 Vision Chrome Full LED Headlight Assembly

I have installed the lights, plugged in the headlights and neither side works. I have 12.5 volts to the light but the light doesn’t come on. Would I have two bad lights? Also the turn signal has the wrong end to plug into the truck harness. Can you provide guidance on how to direct wire it?
