I think I measured 3in from bolts, I have a 2021 Kenworth T680 I might of measured wrong but I’m need this for my truck. Let me know before so I can order

The bolt spacing for these mudflap hangers in the Competition Series Rear Center Panel & Mud Flap Hanger Complete Set is 2.5". When measuring, you want to use center-to-center measurements for the bolt holes to ensure proper fit and secure installation of the components.
